Monarc Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Monarc purchase! Each item is made or fulfilled specifically for you, which means we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect shipping information. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Requesting a Refund
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can help.

To request a review, email us at ShopwithMonarc@gmail.com and include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Photos and a brief explanation of the issue

We’ll personally review every request and do our best to make it right. Please note that all sales are considered final, and refunds are not guaranteed.

Wrong Address or Returned to Sender
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- You can choose to have it reshipped (a new shipping and handling fee will apply), or
- You may request a refund, minus the original shipping cost and a 30% restocking fee.

If the item is not returned to us by the carrier (lost or destroyed), we can offer 50% store credit toward a new order.

Cancellations and Order Changes
Because our items are produced on demand, we can only cancel or modify orders within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order is already in production or processing and cannot be changed.

Clearance and Final Sale Items
Items marked as clearance, sale, or custom are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Warranty Period
Our standard replacement period lasts 30 days from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered. After 60 days, we’re unable to issue a refund or replacement.

International Orders
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in our base prices and are the responsibility of the customer, as each country has its own import laws and rates.
